Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select locations

2. Online Payments

All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible pin codes and order values. A small additional charge may apply. We may contact you to confirm COD orders before shipping.

4. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS. In case of any issue, please contact us immediately.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is debited, the amount will usually be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not, contact your bank or our support team.

6. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer upon return approval.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected. Legal action may be taken in case of payment fraud.
